On the 1st of September, I had the incredible honour of capturing the wedding of Abeer and Touseef, a day that seamlessly blended cultural traditions with modern elegance. Held at the historic Corpley House in Baulkham Hill, NSW, this wedding was a perfect reflection of the couple’s deep love and respect for both their heritage and contemporary style.

The day began with a stunning outdoor formal ceremony in the lush gardens of Corpley House, Surrounded by the venue’s natural beauty, Abeer and Touseef exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony that set the tone for the rest of the day. The atmosphere was filled with joy and love as their closest friends witnessed this beautiful moment.


Following the outdoor ceremony, the celebration moved indoors for the Nikah ceremony, where Abeer and Touseef formalized their union in front of most of their guests. This part of the day, rich in tradition and meaning, was the spiritual heart of the wedding. The blend of cultural and Western elements throughout the day created a truly unique and memorable celebration.


What made this wedding even more special for me was the connection I felt with Abeer and Touseef. In my years of capturing weddings, I have rarely encountered someone as honest and pure-hearted as Abir. She is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met, and I am so grateful to have been part of her special day. Toussef, her perfect match, is the kind of person who understands and cherishes such honesty, making them an ideal pair. In a world where it’s not always easy to stay true to oneself, Tosif’s care and support for Abir are truly remarkable.


I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a celebration. Weddings like Abber and Touseef's are what I always dream of capturing—a beautiful blend of love, culture, and authenticity. I wish them nothing but the very best as they embark on this new chapter together, and I hope to continue capturing love stories as genuine and inspiring as theirs.
